Pricing questions
Can we try Praxida before paying?
Yes. Sign up and talk to us, and we will set your firm up with a free evaluation period on the plan that fits — long enough to run a real filing cycle rather than click around for ten minutes. Nothing is charged during it, no card is required to sign up, and you will be told before anything changes. Firms that joined during the open beta keep their free access to 30 September 2026 as originally published.
Do you charge per client?
No. Every plan includes unlimited clients. Plans are sized on the number of people in your firm who log in, because that is what actually drives the work. A four-person practice with three hundred small GST clients is a small practice, and it is priced like one.
What counts as a user?
Anyone at your firm who signs in — partners, employees and article assistants. Your clients logging into their own portal do not count and are never charged for.
What if we need more users than the plan includes?
Additional users are ₹99 per user per month on the Starter and Growth plans. There is no hard ceiling — a twenty-person firm on Growth pays ₹999 plus ten additional users. The Solo plan is a single user; adding anyone means moving to Starter.
Is annual billing cheaper?
Yes. Paying annually costs ten months rather than twelve, so you get two months free — ₹1,990 a year for Solo, ₹4,990 for Starter and ₹9,990 for Growth.
Is GST added on top of these prices?
No. Praxida is not registered under GST, so no tax is added and the price shown is the total you pay. Your invoice is issued as a Bill of Supply. If that ever changes, you will be told before it affects a renewal.
Can we change plan or cancel later?
Yes, at any time. Moving up takes effect immediately; moving down or cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy.
